Delivery​
UK NEXT DAY -DPD TRACKED RDER BEFORE 3PM (PLEASE NOTE NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES)
Southport Local Delivery 3-5 working days
Click and Collect to Churchtown or Penwortham.
If ordered after 3pm it will be processed on the next working day.
Please allow us a day to process and package your order then your estimated delivery days will start after the packaging day.
You will receive a shipping email when your order has been dispatched.
We are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible and could be earlier than delivery time stated.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you choose UK standard delivery this is posted with royal mail. Delivery is standard 3-5 working days but with demand at royal mail being so high with COVID-19 your parcels may run over the scheduled delivery date. Please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive.
If you choose DPD next day your order should be with you, but if DPD experience any delays for example weather this is out of our control but be re assured they will keep you updated all the way via email. We do not cover coasts in delivery companies are delayed.

We love offering this service to our customers the process is a lot faster and if requested early enough by calling the store we can try have it ready for you same day!
You can collect from the store free of charge when you have had your collection ready email.
Returns

CHRISTMAS RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 16TH JANUARY.
CHRISTMAS JUMPERS ARE NON RETURNABLE.

Our policy allows 14 days.
Please note refunds can take between 7-10 days to process from the date we recieve them back to our hq.
CLEAR PAY refunds may take a little while longer, Any issues with clear pay refunds please contact them directly.

Lucy Lou's Boutique ONLINE will happily give you a refund if your purchase is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items under £10 are NON Returnable.. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept any returns that show evidence of damage, harsh chemical, make up or perfume marks on them.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Lucy Lou's Boutique to not cover return shipping costs and any shipping costs previously paid will not be reimbursed.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT IF THEY ARE REMOVED WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN DUE TO HYGINE REASONS & COVID-19 CONTAMINATION.
Any items purchased in store at the boutique are an exchange or a credit note only, this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have an online return to make and want to drop it into the store rather than postage please check our opening hours before making the journey. You have 14 days to return any of your purchases and they will need an online receipt or a store receipt this is for proof of purchase.

We also have a concession store within BEALES DEPARTMENT STORE.
This is part of the LUCY LOU BRAND but working along side a department store. Therefore the returns fall under Beales regulations
All returns must be taken back to the store purchased in. You can not spend Lucy Lou Gift vouchers in beales.

Penwortham Is another chain store to Lucy Lou's, you can return your online orders to this store which then will be sent back to our HQ to be processed this can take up to 14 working days.
You can also exchange your purchases from online or our churchtown store within penwortham.
